During this exciting Inner Circle session, Akhil Aniff of Gypmat INC, will pull back the curtain on what it means to be on “Shark Tank” and the lessons he learned from having to help rebuild a company from the ground up.

About the presenter Akhil Aniff:

Akhil Aniff is not exceptionally talented in any way possible. While he has a reasonable amount of intelligence he absolutely has no real hard, useful technical (or any kind of “cal” skills). He has failed tremendously in a lot of areas of his life. He’s only good at two things: building IKEA furniture kits (comes from years of playing with LEGOs) and copying people who are good at what they do. This skillset has helped him learned a lot about how to solve key problems and helped him get to where he is today. He currently is the Chief Operating Officer for Grypmat INC, an Ohio grown hardware startup based in Columbus, that was featured on Shark Tank and received investments from Mark Cuban, Lori Greiner, and Richard Branson. He is also a 2018 Venture for America, a program that send recent college graduates to work for start up company’s in America’s growing cities. Akhil’s goal is to help grow things, be it small businesses into successful companies, or small communities into successful economic super cities.
