Freedom Windows ensures that the product and service a customer receives is exactly or better than what he or she expects. By providing the best customer service and premium products, Freedom Windows has completed projects for Columbus Metro Parks and the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
Entrepreneurial Story:
Founded by Ryan Brown, Freedom Windows was formed from a desire to pair the best customer service with the highest quality product. Ryan worked for another company where he noticed that once the sale was complete, another area handled the installation, and the service that was provided didn’t always live up to the promises made at the time of sale. Ryan wanted to ensure that every customer was happy after installation and beyond. He started Freedom Windows, LLC with that tenet in mind, and as a result his company is growing and thriving.

Ryan recognized the value of having a business located in Dublin from the beginning. Dublin businesses have a reputation for quality and integrity, and Ryan wanted to be a part of that reputation. Ryan was also looking for a place that supported start-ups. The DEC is a perfect incubator for new businesses since it sponsors events and speakers that provide new businesses the tools they need to be successful. The facility is not only ideally located in Dublin, but it also provides a business with all of the basics, such as meeting space, internet, and parking.
