Jeff Hutton has nearly 20 years’ experience in the staffing industry.  Throughout his career he has led teams ranging in size from 2-10 people consisting of both Recruiters and Sales professionals with responsibility for over 50 consultants working for a variety of clients and industries.  Jeff has conducted thousands of interviews and has been directly involved in over 250 hiring decisions.  Jeff and his wife Allison, a Senior Recruiter with over 15 years’ experience own the Allavanti Group, Inc a Hilliard based staffing firm whose purpose is to connect companies with great people in the Information Technology space.  Jeff and Allison live in Hilliard on 5 acres and have 5 children, so they have no free time!
