This month we welcome: TJ Johnson, Founder of Tra’Bian Entreprises

TJ Johnson is an accomplished IT Executive and President of Tra’Bian Enterprises, a privately held, leader of Information Technology Solutions specializing in Information Technology DE&I Staff Augmentation & Artificial Intelligence Solutions (AI). TJ is an inspired leader who intuitively guides predictive innovation concepts through her big picture perspectives. She is highly valued and respected as a credible decision maker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. TJ believes the secret to happiness is being in service to others.

Ms. Johnson’s unique expertise extends beyond the Public, Private and Non-Profit Sectors of business. TJ began her public service career with the State of Ohio – Office of Budget and Management; Governor’s Office; Environmental Protection Agency, and the Ohio Attorney General’s office. In the Nonprofit business sector she was the Director with the Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council, working to foster strategic partnerships between minority business enterprises, corporations, and government entities while successfully securing 80% of the operational budget.

TJ masterfully transitioned to the private sector, where she was the Business Development Director & Talent Acquisition Manager for Strategic Staffing and Alliance Technology. As a top-performer she accelerated growth of these company’s core services to drive its revenue stream to more than $3 million in annual sales and secured bid contracts resulting in $30M in new consulting business. As the General Manger of Suburban Lodge of America, she oversaw the new construction to successfully manage three 7.5 million dollar Hotel properties and propelled room occupancy rates to 98%. TJ successfully built and led cross functional teams of over 100 professionals providing development, management solutions, training, and consultative support.
