The founders of Strongsuit, formerly known as Speedwell & Yarrow, have one guiding principle, help retain female executives. The mental load of running a home is often left to the wife and mother, even as her career advances. This leads to burnout and a high turnover rate in female leadership. Coming from a sky-rocketing corporate career of her own, Co-founder and CEO Lindsey Michaelides, decided to start her own company to tackle this issue.
