Join the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Columbus State (SBDC), for a Fall Business Success Series. This new event series is designed to help new or existing small business owners position their business for growth and expansion.
Unlocking the Secrets of Renting Commercial Real Estate
This session will cover negotiating and navigating commercial leases. Information will be provided on triple net leases, common lease clauses, and negotiating improvements. We will also discuss possibilities of scaling up rents and maximizing cash flow opportunities. Steps to finding an attorney, and other issues will be addressed. Questions and answers will be the focus of the last half hour.
So whether you are a current tenant or desiring to rent your first commercial space, our experts are here to help. We are equipping you with the knowledge you need to negotiate a tenant/landlord-friendly lease.
