A serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Bob brings experience and know-how to help entrepreneurs and emerging high-growth IT companies succeed. From market and product validation to gaining first customers to raising capital, he’s been there and done that. Bob has a BS in economics from the University of Oregon and a JD degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he graduated first in his class. Bob practiced law for 13 years and then made a career change, joining a telecom startup that was acquired in the late nineties by WorldCom. Since then, he has led several software startups and started a venture fund. He’s advised software companies, been an angel investor and a board member to a number of startups.
